Deliver and embed process and technology enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders including Procurement Systems, technology providers, and leadership to ensure project success and operational adoption.
Minimum Requirements
MBA/BBA and/or B-Tech Graduate degree required.
6+ years of experience in Procurement domain and delivering change initiatives.
Experience with Procurement technology solutions such as ProcessUnity, Oracle Fusion and MS PowerApps/Automate/PowerBI.
Work Experience Required: 6+ years in Procurement and Change Delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex change projects within Procurement functions including sourcing, supplier management, and purchase-to-pay.
Comfortable operating in a global, multi-cultural environment working across different time zones.
Strong technical aptitude with a mindset for learning new tools and applying governance, project management, and change management practices effectively.
