Manage engagement risk activities and serve as liaison between engagement teams and risk/compliance functions.
Oversee operational aspects of engagements, including resource planning, invoicing, engagement letters coordination, and audit support.
Collaborate with partners, managers, and risk teams to ensure compliance with policies and drive operational efficiencies across engagements.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years experience in a PMO role focused on risk and engagement operations, preferably in Big4 or large consulting firm.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/ME), MBA, MCA or related field with 60% and above.
Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong understanding of engagement risk management, compliance, and operational governance frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in engagement lifecycle management including initiation, risk reviews, resource planning, and invoicing within consulting environments.
Skilled in managing compliance audits and maintaining quality assurance frameworks for engagement governance.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively to enhance risk management and operational processes.
