Lead architecture definition, bring-up, validation, and debugging of BMC platforms based on NXP i.MX processors.
Drive development and integration of OpenBMC software components (e.g., Redfish, IPMI, MCTP, PLDM) and host management functions (power sequencing, thermal, firmware updates).
Collaborate with hardware, software, system architecture teams, ecosystem partners, and customers to deliver production-quality BMC reference solutions and customer enablement projects.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
10+ years experience in embedded systems, server management, networking, or platform software development.
Hands-on experience with OpenBMC or similar management controller solutions and strong Linux-embedded systems expertise.
Experience with C/C++ programming, Yocto Linux distributions, and debugging hardware & software tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead complex system bring-up and OpenBMC enablement initiatives on NXP platforms.
Experience working with datacenter/server platforms, including familiarity with out-of-band management and industry server protocols (PCIe, SMBus, I3C, etc.).
Comfortable engaging with customers and ecosystem partners to customize and productize embedded management solutions.
