Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning using Kinaxis Rapid Response globally.
Configure and deploy Rapid Response components such as Workbooks, Alerts, Forms, Scripts, Automation Chains, Widgets, Dashboards.
Support end users with planning result interpretation and facilitate new functionality releases including system updates.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or similar supply chain planning tools.
Strong understanding of MRP, RR analytics, and RR data integration using TALEND or similar ETL tools.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Rapid Response configuration and application of best practices within a Kinaxis COE or similar center of excellence environment.
Analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills focused on solving business supply chain problems.
Comfortable working closely with global IT and business users to translate requirements into technical configurations and process improvements.
