Minimum Requirements
13-15 years of relevant software/system engineering or lead experience.
Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring (Boot, Security, Cloud, Batch), Microservices, Terraform for GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps/CI-CD (preferably Jenkins).
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and infrastructure as code.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in complex, cloud-native, and microservices architectures with deep Java and Spring skillset.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments and coordinate across global teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset with proficiency in DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.
