Minimum Requirements
4+ years of relevant work experience in AI-based software development roles.
Strong backend development skills in Python with FastAPI and frontend experience with ReactJS and Next.js.
Experience with AI and LLM systems, including RAG-based solutions, vector databases, and offline AI setups.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, object storage platforms (Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, MinIO), and ability to analyze data and build dashboards using SQL and Python.

Technically proficient in both frontend and backend AI application development with a focus on scalable enterprise solutions.
Experienced in AI/ML model evaluation, response accuracy tuning, and reduction of hallucinations in AI outputs.
