Drive improvements in data center program delivery processes and tools leveraging technical knowledge in construction, mechanical/electrical systems, and networking to innovate with automation and actionable reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required.
7+ years of technical project/program management experience.
2+ years managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Must pass Microsoft Cloud background check and any other required security screenings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex data center or network infrastructure projects with technical depth in construction, electrical, networking, or building automation systems.
Experienced in full lifecycle technical program management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince 2) and organizational change management.
Strong executive communication skills with demonstrated success managing diverse, matrixed teams and delivering under ambiguous conditions.
