Exceptional stakeholder communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Experienced in managing high-risk, multi-dependency projects in technology or manufacturing settings, preferably semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
Comfortable working autonomously while mentoring others and driving complex project delivery.
Capable of strategic stakeholder management to align diverse groups and influence organizational change.
