Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12 years of product engineering experience designing scalable software solutions.
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and microservices-based software architecture.
Experience architecting high-transaction volume financial systems with cloud-native technologies (containers, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS).
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Angular/React) and system design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing global-scale, backend microservices using Java, Spring Boot, messaging, and large-scale storage (PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
Hands-on with continuous delivery, automated testing, Agile development, and collaboration with product and technology teams.
Operates with strategic architectural leadership focus, balancing technical best practices with product-market needs in a fintech environment.
