Planning Lead

Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for all phases of the Adani Data Centre project, covering design to commissioning and handover.

Manage baseline schedules, conduct regular reviews, and implement progress monitoring including earned value and schedule variance analysis to support on-time project delivery.

Oversee contractor schedule coordination, risk management, and resource planning ensuring alignment with project milestones and optimization opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline required.

Minimum 10-12 years construction planning and scheduling experience with at least 5 years on large-scale, complex projects (INR 300 crores+), preferably mission-critical facilities like data centres.

Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project; strong CPM scheduling, earned value management, and schedule risk analysis skills.

Location: On-site in Ahmedabad, Gujarat with regular site visits to Dholera project site.

Extensive experience managing schedules for mission-critical infrastructure projects, especially data centres, with understanding of specific systems and commissioning sequences.

Strong strategic focus on schedule risk mitigation, critical path optimization, and integration of multi-contractor schedules in fast-track environments.

Proven ability to lead schedule-related stakeholder coordination and communication, including reporting to executive leadership and handling delay claims and dispute documentation.
