Engineer 3, Site Reliability Engineer

Own availability, latency, performance, efficiency, and capacity planning for platforms including change management and monitoring.

Design, analyze, troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems, and automate routine tasks with cross-functional collaboration.

Provide subject matter expertise to resolve complex issues, partner with engineering, vendors, and client services for technical solutions.

5-7 years relevant work experience in site reliability or similar engineering roles.

Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant coursework or extensive professional experience also considered.

Technical skills required: Python (automation), Ansible, Terraform, Linux, Shell scripting, and experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules including on-call shifts.

Experienced in managing reliability, performance, and cybersecurity aspects of infrastructure and applications in cloud environments.

Capable of independently handling complex operational challenges with minimal supervision and providing guidance to less experienced colleagues.

Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvements in platform reliability and efficiency.
