Intern, Engineering Operations

Design and run processes for contractor management, non-manpower spend, and ticketing within the Engineering Operations function.

Create and maintain trackers for contractor extension requests, monitor SLAs with People & Culture and Procurement, and identify bottlenecks.

Lead an AI or reporting initiative to improve contractor and procurement processes, and help manage vendor relationships and cost saving opportunities.

Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
