Own end-to-end Java software delivery including design, development, testing, and production support.
Lead a team autonomously and remotely, ensuring adherence to best practices, architectural standards, and agile methodologies.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Telecommunications (BE/B.Tech).
Minimum 9+ years experience as a Java developer with expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Web services (gRPC/REST).
Hands-on experience with AI co-pilot coding tools (GitHub Copilot, GPT models) and familiarity with AI platforms/APIs (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services).
Experience with agile development (Scrum, Kanban), Cloud environments, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub), JIRA, Confluence, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL).
