Own end-to-end release governance for Falcon Major and Monthly Minor Releases including calendar and moratorium schedule management.
Coordinate among Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure on-schedule releases with governance compliance and production stability.
Lead release readiness, facilitate governance activities (ARB, ISRMP, AROW, GenAI Review, MRM), manage risks proactively, and drive continuous improvements in the release processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
Experience in Release Management, Delivery Management, or Change Management.
Proficiency in program coordination across multiple development teams within Agile and DevOps environments.
Familiarity with governance programs including ARB, MRM, GenAI Review, and Information Security Reviews.

Experienced in managing complex release cycles independently with strong governance and risk management capability.
Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance in regulated environments.
