Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years experience in network operations within large corporate networks.
Bachelor's Degree mandatory.
Strong expertise in Cisco LAN, Aruba, Palo Alto, LAN & Wireless networking, packet capture tools (Wireshark), and network monitoring/management tools (NetFlow, SNMP).
Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes related to Incident, Problem, Change, and Availability in data networks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple large and small-sized global network environments with project implementation capability to meet business timelines.
Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving, and escalation management skills across complex technical investigations.
Capable of communicating effectively with leadership and clients, including non-technical users, and working under shifting priorities independently.
