Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years experience in network operations within large corporate networks.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Strong technical skills in Cisco LAN, Aruba, Palo Alto, TCP/IP, VLAN, switching concepts, and both LAN & wireless networking.
Knowledge of packet capture tools (e.g., Wireshark), network monitoring/management tools (NetFlow, SNMP), and ITIL processes relating to network activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple large and small-sized plant network environments globally, including implementation and maintenance.
Able to analyze complex technical issues and negotiate solutions balancing financial and operational feasibility.
Capable of handling shifting priorities and communicating effectively with leadership and remote teams.
