Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI, Engineering or related technical field.
0–2 years of professional software development or equivalent hands-on project/internship experience in full-stack, backend, or GenAI app development.
Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, web development, Git/GitHub, and AI-assisted development tools like Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot.
Practical understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, AI APIs, or agentic workflow concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working on or building AI-enabled workflow applications or productivity tools in an enterprise environment with modern software engineering practices.
Familiarity with integrating cloud AI platforms and managing RAG pipelines using enterprise data sources.
Comfortable with specification-driven development, collaborative agile workflow, and responsible AI practices focused on security, privacy, and output validation.
