Provide technical leadership within a cross-functional squad delivering digital servicing and Entity Onboarding capabilities for Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M) customers.
Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable digital applications spanning front-end, back-end, and integration layers using full-stack and cloud-native technologies.
Ensure solution quality through clean code, automated testing, peer reviews, observability, operational readiness, and contribute to DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines while mentoring engineers.
Minimum Requirements
At least 12 years of software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack delivery and technical leadership.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience with automated testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress), CI/CD, DevSecOps, AWS cloud-native development, and operational readiness.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field; or equivalent industry experience.
