Lead and manage the Applied AI delivery organization focusing on data science, machine learning, generative AI, and enterprise AI architecture to drive measurable business impact.
Define and execute modern AI and data architecture patterns in partnership with U.S.-based Enterprise AI teams, ensuring governance, security, and Responsible AI principles are embedded in delivery.
Provide technical leadership for AI delivery lifecycle including experimentation, deployment readiness, portfolio integration, and capability adoption across the bank.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12+ years experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Applied AI, Data Science, or related fields.
At least 5+ years of leadership experience managing architecture teams or AI/data delivery organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field mandatory; Master's preferred but not required.
Experience with enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake), AI/ML technologies, and operating in regulated industries like banking or financial services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strategic leadership experience balancing architecture vision with execution and stakeholder management at senior levels.
Proven ability to lead complex AI delivery and transformation initiatives within regulated financial services or similarly complex domains.
Experience working cross-functionally with global, matrixed teams and translating business AI priorities into actionable technical roadmaps and governance frameworks.
