Manage end-to-end survey data collection and client communication for recurring sales, staffing, and compensation benchmarking surveys.
Review and validate client survey data submissions, addressing data quality issues and processing restatements to finalize datasets for reporting.
Support reporting activities using tools like SPSS, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint under guidance of Project Manager and collaborate with Data Operations team.
Minimum Requirements
University degree with academic distinction.
1-2 years relevant market research or related field experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, SUM, AVERAGE).
Experience with SPSS or other statistical software is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in or supporting financial services or market research data analysis environments.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple data-centric tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable operating in a client-facing role with responsibility for pursuing timely feedback and resolving data discrepancies.
