Manage order management processes including material demand review, parts availability checks, and generating purchase requisitions.
Execute administrative and operational duties globally for assigned teams following SOPs and guidelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize processes, drive continuous improvement, and provide timely information on order management activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in science, commerce, business administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations and Order Management.
Willingness to work flexible business shifts covering global time zones including NA/LA.
Hybrid working model based in Pune, India with expected onsite presence at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling material management components such as supply requests, shopping carts, material tracking, shipping, and goods receipt.
Comfortable engaging with global teams and clients remotely, adept at managing cross-functional coordination.
Has a process improvement mindset with prior exposure to audits, service contracts, procurement, or Lean Six Sigma as a plus.
