Support routine storage provisioning, backup restore validations, and escalate issues per ITIL service management processes.
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of experience in enterprise storage and backup operations.
Operational knowledge of NetApp storage systems is mandatory.
Working knowledge of at least one enterprise backup platform (Veritas NetBackup or Cohesity).
Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on L1 storage and backup operations within large-scale enterprise IT environments.
Comfortable with ITIL-based service management and escalation workflows in 24x7 operations.
Capable of coordinating across storage, server, application, and backup infrastructure teams for issue resolution and maintenance.
