Develops SOPs for data management processes, leads process enhancements, and builds advanced tools to automate/improve analytical processes.
Collaborates with global stakeholders and internal teams for effective data delivery, training, and compliance with operational risk controls.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3+ years experience with pharmaceutical commercial datasets such as IQVIA, APLD, LAAD, MMIT, Specialty Pharmacy, and claims data.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (PhD, MBA, Masters) in Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics or related field preferred.
Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI; knowledge of pharmaceutical sales data sources and data governance principles essential.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales data management; Location: Hyderabad; Travel: As per business needs.

Proficient in translating complex business needs into data requirements and communicating effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
