Manage HR projects such as organization reviews, performance management, compensation planning, talent review, succession planning, and workforce reductions.
Provide HR data analytics and reporting to support HR Business Partners and business leaders.
Act as liaison between HR Business Partners and global Centers of Excellence to align HR programs with client needs and support Ahmedabad site health and coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
5-7 years of generalist Human Resources experience, preferably within a global organization.
Eligible to participate in bonus and equity plans as part of compensation.
Work Experience Required: 5-7 years generalist HR experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working closely with HR Business Partners and executing HR initiatives aligned to business strategies.
Strong project management skills focused on HR operational plans and cross-functional coordination.
Comfortable supporting analytics, reporting, and communication of best practices for continuous HR service improvement.
