DORA Implementataion and Oversight Analyst

Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the DORA governance and control framework across European Apex entities in scope.

Coordinate DORA gap assessments, implementation plans, documentation review, regulatory compliance monitoring, and management reporting.

Oversee ICT risk governance, third-party oversight, digital operational resilience testing, audit readiness, and escalate material issues through governance channels.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Systems, Law, Compliance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, IT Governance, or Regulatory Reporting.

Good working knowledge of DORA regulatory requirements and ICT risk management.

Fluency in English with strong drafting and reporting skills.

Experienced in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing complex action trackers within regulated financial services.

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate into practical governance and control documentation.

Skilled in stakeholder management across multiple functions and legal entities, accountable for timely delivery and escalation of risks and issues.
