Build and maintain internal-facing, reliable batch and API data ingestion pipelines and improve data quality with CI checks and metadata ownership.
Operate and optimize BigQuery data infrastructure focusing on performance, cost efficiency, and implement governance workflows and access control.
Collaborate with various internal teams to deliver reusable data platform capabilities, enhance pipeline observability, and support incident triage and recovery.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of data engineering experience (7–10 years overall experience).
Proficiency in SQL and Python or comparable programming languages.
Experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably BigQuery, and data transformation frameworks like DBT.
Location requirement: Hybrid role with 4 days per week in Bangalore office.

Strong ownership mindset with ability to handle end-to-end problem resolution from discovery to operational follow-through.
Experienced in building reusable data platform frameworks and implementing data governance, access controls, and cost controls in cloud data infrastructure.
Comfortable collaborating across IST and US PST time zones with internal stakeholders and adapting to fast-evolving priorities in a growing company.
