About This Role

Lead engineering teams delivering data foundations and AI/GenAI client engagements, overseeing planning through deployment and transition to Managed Operations.

Own delivery outcomes including people management, commercial performance (revenue, EBIT), client relationships, and delivery quality metrics.

Drive adherence to standards in architecture, AI governance, security, and ensure continuous improvement in delivery efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

12–18 years of experience in software/data engineering delivery with strong delivery management and people leadership.

Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/PhD or equivalent.

Mandatory skills: data engineering and AI/ML delivery, including familiarity with GenAI, RAG, and agentic solutions.

Proven ownership of delivery metrics: cost, quality, schedule, revenue, EBIT, and deployment efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced delivery leader skilled in managing complex AI and data engineering projects end-to-end through agile methodologies.

Operates with strong accountability on commercial and quality targets as well as client engagement management.

Demonstrates first-level people leadership with capability in talent development, performance assessment, and career progression discussions.
