Ensure CoreHRMS roadmap links directly to enterprise revenue growth (ARR uplift, NRR improvement) and lead multi-pod governance and customer outcome measurement.
Minimum Requirements
7–10 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in enterprise-grade HR/ERP/platform products.
Proven experience in multi-pod orchestration and customer-led roadmap development.
Strong expertise in CoreHRMS/HRMS systems and strategic product storytelling to executive leadership.
Work Experience Required: 7–10 years with 3+ years in enterprise HR/ERP platforms.

Experienced in operating at the intersection of multiple product pods and driving cross-functional, enterprise-level product strategies.
Strategic systems thinker skilled in aligning HR lifecycle, compliance, and policy automation in enterprise software.
