Manage multiple engineering teams, mentor engineers, ensure architectural quality, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence with high system availability and incident response preparedness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of software engineering experience OR 7 years of software engineering experience with 2 years supervisory experience.
Experience in software engineering or related area is mandatory.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years software engineering experience or 7 years with supervisory experience as above.
Location: Bangalore/Chennai office with flexibility for personal life management.

Experienced in managing large-scale, consumer-facing, real-time software and AI/ML applications with emphasis on maintainability, scalability, and performance.
Skilled in platform-level architecture, DevOps best practices, cloud cost optimization, cross-team stakeholder management, and driving measurable operational improvements.
Has background or interest in inclusive and accessible digital experiences aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA standards and supporting accessibility in product development.
