Design, develop, and deploy scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) module solutions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Project Operations, Field Service) with upgrade-safe customizations.
Build and optimize integrations between CE and external systems using APIs, Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus), and Dual Write with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, environment deployments, automation workflows, and ongoing monitoring to ensure solution performance, compliance, and upgrade readiness.
Minimum Requirements
8–10+ years of ERP/CRM technical development experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, Field Service).
Experience in full-cycle Dynamics 365 CE implementations (minimum 4 projects), and Agile/Scrum environment exposure.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years ERP/CRM development, 5+ years Dynamics 365 CE explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expert in C# plugin development and complex customization for Dynamics 365 CE, particularly in Sales and Field Service modules.
Strong in integration engineering using Azure platform tools and data migration frameworks like KingswaySoft.
Experienced in test automation frameworks for CE solutions and delivering upgrade-safe, reusable development accelerators across projects.
