Own and manage the global employee listening strategy, including the calendar for annual, pulse, and lifecycle surveys, balancing insight needs with survey fatigue.
Design and expand the employee listening portfolio beyond annual surveys to include onboarding, exit, lifecycle, and pulse surveys, ensuring integrated insights across instruments.
Analyze survey data using advanced methods and tools, translate findings into actionable insights for senior leadership and managers, and oversee platform governance and compliance with data protection regulations.
Minimum Requirements
10-12 years experience in employee listening, people analytics, organizational or survey research, with at least 4 years managing employee surveys at scale in large or multinational organizations.
Strong survey methodology skills including item and scale design, trend management, sampling, and cross-cultural survey administration.
Proficiency with Qualtrics EmployeeXM platform including configuration and quality assurance, and hands-on use of R or Python for analysis.
Bachelor's degree in psychology, statistics, social sciences, economics, or related field.
