Perform classification determinations for systems, spare parts, and products related to import and export compliance.
Assist with compliance data collection, record keeping, training, audits, and reporting.
Participate in root cause analysis of international trade issues and support Customs inquiries regarding product classifications.
Minimum Requirements
2-4 years’ experience specifically in U.S. HTS & ECCN classification.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial Production, or Aeronautical Engineering.
Knowledge of import/export trade compliance elements including Harmonized Tariff Schedules, Export Classification Commodity Numbers, and Customs processes.
Strong Microsoft Suite skills and experience with classification tools; SAP GTS experience is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has solid domain knowledge of semiconductor, flat panel, or solar cell manufacturing technologies.
Demonstrates ability to accurately perform HTS and ECCN classifications using trade tools and regulations.
Experienced in managing multiple compliance projects with strong organizational and communication skills.
