Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in the AV industry with significant operations or leadership experience.
Previous leadership roles such as Operations Director, Operations Manager, General Manager, or Branch Manager.
Strong AV industry knowledge including sales, engineering, installation, service, and project operations.
Experience setting up or managing an office, branch, or new business operation preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader comfortable both with strategic planning and hands-on operational management in the AV sector.
Proven ability to build and manage teams and vendor relationships in a growing organization.
Strong organizational and communication skills enabling independent work and ownership of Pune operations.
