Business Analyst - Release Excellence

Own planning and governance of software release lifecycle including master release calendars, deployment scope, cut-over coordination, readiness reviews, metrics, and documentation.

Analyze and report release readiness, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance using data-driven methods and approved AI/automation tools to improve predictability and reduce manual effort.

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder communications and governance cadence to ensure releases ship safely with minimal downtime, without direct authority over deployment or go/no-go decisions.

Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3 to 8+ years in business analysis, software release management, PMO operations, or related technical analyst roles.

Working knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.

Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery environments and building governance artifacts from operational data.

Proficient in translating complex release data into actionable insights supporting cross-team governance without direct authority on technical execution.

Experienced in coordinating multi-team release readiness reviews and continuous improvement initiatives in a software delivery environment.

Comfortable using AI and workflow automation tools to enhance analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency while maintaining strict validation and governance controls.
