About This Role

Own full lifecycle delivery of scalable Python-based backend applications including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Lead development and optimization of AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and prompt engineering to drive AI adoption and operational efficiency.

Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, mentoring, performance optimization, and spearhead QA/UAT and incident management activities.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

6+ years experience as a Backend/Python Developer.

Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services including Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor/Application Insights, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven capability to lead backend engineering projects involving Python, FastAPI, and integration with AI/LLM technologies like LangChain and LangGraph.

Experienced in driving AI adoption through technical innovation and operational process improvements in production environments.

Strong cross-team communication skills with experience supporting critical project needs including on-call production support.
