Consultant - Business Analytics

Translate business needs into clear, traceable requirements and maintain alignment with Core product capabilities for Master Data Management and Analytics.

Manage full lifecycle from as-is analysis to go-live, hypercare, and operational handover including data migration, testing, deployment, and post-launch reassessment.

Coordinate stakeholders across global, regional, and local levels and support change management communications and continuous improvement activities.

Proven experience as Business Analyst on large-scale data, MDM, or analytics implementations in global multi-country programmes.

Experience in data migration including requirements gathering, readiness validation, testing, and cutover.

Strong background in SIT/UAT testing and defect triage with business sign-off experience.

Working knowledge of Jira and agile delivery methodologies including maintaining backlog traceability.

Experienced in commercial or sales data analytics where AI impacts decisions (e.g., sales/marketing analytics, customer segmentation).

Skilled at explaining complex system behavior to both business and technical stakeholders.

Comfortable managing risk and priorities under delivery pressure across global matrix environments.
