Experience working collaboratively with development and operations teams to align CI/CD and infrastructure implementation.
Proven ability to manage customer support interactions and resolve technical issues within targeted TAT and escalation protocols.
Capable of customizing DevOps tools and workflows to meet specific client requirements and automate testing/deployment.
