About This Role

Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for Agentic AI and conversational AI applications using .NET technologies.

Act as a hands-on architect contributing to design, development, and code reviews while mentoring development teams on architectural standards.

Integrate AI solutions with IVR systems and enterprise applications ensuring security, scalability, and performance standards.

Minimum Requirements

10+ years overall experience with 5+ years in architecture roles.

10+ years hands-on .NET Framework and .NET Core development experience, including MVC, ASP.NET, and Web API.

B.Tech/B.E./MCA degree required.

Experience with AI concepts including Agentic AI and Generative AI exposure preferred; Healthcare domain experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced senior-level architect comfortable performing both architecture and senior developer duties in AI-driven .NET environments.

Strong background in designing AI conversational and IVR solutions, with knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework or similar platforms.

Familiarity with modern software lifecycle practices including Agentic SDLC, specification-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum processes.
