Minimum Requirements

3–6+ years of professional mobile development experience primarily using Flutter (including migrating from native/hybrid stacks).
Strong knowledge of mobile architecture and state management patterns (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod).
Work Experience Required: 3–6+ years in mobile development (Android/iOS/Flutter).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working within agile scrum teams and adhering to governance tools and quality standards.
Capabilities in integrating REST APIs, implementing secure authentication (OAuth2/JWT), and managing offline-first app design.
Able to contribute beyond coding through research on development improvements, technical leadership, and ownership mindset focusing on quality and delivery.
