7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, operational excellence, automation, business process optimization, or related disciplines.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and value realization.

Solid understanding of healthcare claims processing, operational workflows, and inventory management concepts.

Experienced in driving strategic automation and operational efficiency projects in healthcare settings, particularly claims processing and inventory management.

Capable of managing complex portfolios, balancing multiple priorities while delivering quantifiable operational improvements and ROI.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing stakeholders across analytics, technology, operations, and business teams.
