Lead user research for products aimed at beneficiaries, field staff, and government users to ensure scalability and intuitive use.
Oversee technical operations including DevOps, cloud infrastructure management (Azure & AWS), ETL pipeline development, scripting automation, and configuration of new product modules.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of work experience in software development and/or DevOps.
Experience with ETL pipeline development and scripting (e.g. Python).
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
Fixed-term 1-year contract based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end product life cycle in fast-paced, ambiguous startup or impact-driven environments.
Able to independently manage both technical and operational components of a tech product, including DevOps and data engineering.
Willingness to conduct periodic field visits to understand users and contextualize product development for rural and government stakeholders.
