Senior Manager, Supply Chain & QA - India

Establish and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across India to ensure continuous supply, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and food safety standards.

Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, negotiation, contract management, and performance monitoring aligned with global frameworks.

Drive supply chain workstreams for new market entry and expansion including regulatory compliance, logistics partner coordination, and scalable procurement models.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

6-8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.

Experience in QSR or foodservice industries preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indian supplier landscape, regulatory environment, and supplier sourcing and contract management.

Experienced in building or scaling supply chain operations in growth or startup environments, demonstrating a builder mindset.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders including franchisees, global teams, marketing, and operations.

Data-driven and strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management skills focused on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
