Minimum Requirements
Education: Minimum 10th Standard Pass.
Experience: 3–6 years in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks and willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Basic skills in English reading, communication, computer usage, and handheld scanner/mobile application operation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in shipment processing, with knowledge of sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
Operationally disciplined with ability to support team coaching and process improvement efforts under shift supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment emphasizing safety compliance, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
