Associate Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

Support United Airlines' FP&A department through budget and forecast management, financial reporting, and strategic analysis.

Collaborate with various United business units to provide actionable financial insights including profitability, cash flow forecasts, and capital investment evaluations.

Drive process improvements within the FP&A team and handle complex scenario analyses to influence corporate financial planning.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; completion of at least one finance-related internship or analytical work experience.

Candidate for Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with legal authorization to work in India without sponsorship.

Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).

Experience or exposure to the airline industry’s financial planning processes (preferred but not mandatory).

Comfortable working in a dynamic FP&A environment requiring detailed financial modeling and cross-department collaboration.

Familiarity with financial software such as Hyperion Planning and Oracle is advantageous.
