India - Disbursement Accounts Executive

Review and validate Disbursement Accounts (FDAs) for global customers ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Manage and resolve customer queries related to billing disputes and documentation, liaising with Local Port Agents, operators, finance, and customers.

Drive operational excellence through process improvements, adherence to SLAs, quality controls, audit compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree (minimum educational qualification).

Experience in ship and port agency operations or shipping industry; preferably within a shared service centre environment.

Strong skills in financial reconciliation, invoice validation, and knowledge of PDA/FDA processes.

Flexible to work in varying business-required timings.

Experienced in shipping or port agency operations with strong operational execution focus on FDA quality and turnaround.

Capable of managing multiple stakeholders including LPAs, finance, operators, and customers to resolve disputes efficiently.

Comfortable in a process-driven shared services setup with aptitude for process documentation, audit compliance, and continuous improvements.
