Minimum Requirements
4-7 years of cybersecurity experience with strong OT/ICS security operations exposure.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
Hands-on experience with OT security platforms (e.g., SentinelOne, Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos) and SIEM tools like Microsoft Sentinel.
Working knowledge of ICS protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC-104, OPC, Profinet, EtherNet/IP) and OT security standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling medium to high-severity OT cyber incidents within industrial or large enterprise settings.
Skilled in applying incident response frameworks in safety-critical and industrial environments with ability to tune OT detection rules and perform threat hunting.
Familiar with OT networking, segmentation, and security controls plus knowledge of relevant certifications (GICSP, GCIA, GCIH, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP/CISM).
