Sr. Software Engineer/Tech. Lead. - Testing

Design, develop, and execute high quality functional and automated test cases for software applications.

Lead and motivate a team of testers, define testing strategies, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of software products.

Drive improvements in testing coverage, automate end-to-end tests, and collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to align testing with project goals.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

Strong expertise in software QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and experience preparing Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Test Cases.

Hands-on experience in Selenium, WebDriver, Java, Test Automation Frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, POM, Cucumber), and REST/SOAP API testing using Rest Assured.

Education: B.E./B.Tech., M.E./M.Tech., M.C.A., or M.S. in IT; Immediate or maximum 30 days notice period; Location: Hyderabad (IDA Cherlapally, ECIL, Divyasree Trinity, Hi-Tech City).

Experienced in leading and coordinating testing teams within Agile/Scrum development environments on iterative, collaborative projects.

Strong hands-on automation testing skills with proficiency in Selenium, Java, API automation, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Maven.

Ability to take ownership of quality delivery with precise execution and strong coordination across teams in fast-paced settings.
