Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience building and maintaining backend systems in production environments.
Strong proficiency in Java and Python with hands-on microservices experience.
Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms, Kubernetes in production, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ownership of complex distributed backend systems supporting high-volume enterprise transactions.
Experience driving architectural decisions with strong fundamentals in LLD and HLD, and managing incident response for production-grade services.
Skilled in optimizing performance using caching strategies (Redis), asynchronous/event-driven architectures, and collaborating cross-functionally in a hybrid work setup.
