Minimum Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics projects.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams on data-related technical solution projects.
Proficient coding skills in Python, Java, and Scala with production deployment experience.
Location: Pune, Mahārāshtra, India; Degree requirement: Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with core data platforms Snowflake, Databricks, Azure in production environments.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and medallion-layered data structures for scalable reusable components.
Capable of translating complex technical concepts into presentations and documentation, supporting Agile team collaboration and onboarding new data sources.
