Design, develop and maintain enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards, reports, and BI solutions to enable data-driven decision-making.
Lead BI initiatives including requirement gathering, solution design, report optimization, and governance standards implementation.
Mentor junior developers, manage Power BI service administration, and establish best practices for data visualization and security (RLS, OLS).
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of overall IT experience including at least 5 years hands-on with Microsoft Power BI.
Strong skills in Power BI Desktop and Service, Power Query (M), DAX, advanced SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing end-to-end BI solution development, including stakeholder management and governance frameworks.
Strong technical expertise in both BI development and Azure data ecosystem integration.
Able to oversee BI team mentorship and enforce high-quality standards through code reviews and best practices.
